5 Mailing practices
5.1 We do not modify the headers of any message in such a way that purposefully makes the origin of the message unclear.
5.2 All undeliverable addresses are removed from all future mailings after no more than 3 bounce-back messages or failed deliveries.
5.3 All mailings provide clear and simple to follow instructions for opting-out of future mailings and all subscribers will be removed within 48 hours of making a request.
5.4 Information submitted to us is only available to our company for the purposes of contacting members of our lists.
5.5 If you receive an email message that you think is spam which is sent from us please let us know the details of the email using the email address detailed below and we will investigate the matter.
OUR DELIVERY INFORMATION
Within the UK we use the Royal Mail and Hermes to deliver your JewelArt.
As every picture is hand-painted and personalised, we aim to despatch it within 7 days from receipt of order.
Delivery should take 2-3 working days from dispatch date.
Sending your gift directly
We do not include invoices in our packages, therefore, we can send your gift directly to the recipients address.

IMPACT OF CORONAVIRUS ON DELIVERIES
Whilst we continue to operate and dispatch orders, due to the Covid19 virus, some delays in delivery may occur with our suppliers. Be assured that we will always try our best to keep to schedule. We know that most purchases are for special fixed occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s or Father’s Day.
Delivery carriers, including Royal Mail, have now implemented social distancing policies. This means that during your delivery you will no longer be asked to sign an electronic device on delivery and their staff will not physically hand the parcel to you.
*You'll receive an email from us once your items are despatched. This is when your delivery timescale will begin.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Our products are made to bring you joy and a sense of self-indulgence, therefore if you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.
Please note that we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
